Course Curriculum
Our course is organized into comprehensive modules covering all aspects of photography
Module 1: Lenses & Lighting Mastery
Learn to “see” like a pro before you even press the shutter. This module turns technical gear into creative superpowers.
Lens Deep‑Dive (Theory + Hands‑On)
- Prime vs zoom, wide vs telephoto, macro, portrait and specialty lenses with real‑world use cases for fashion, portraits, products, food, and events.
- How to choose the right lens for background blur, compression, distortion control, and storytelling so your images look instantly more high‑end than phone shots.
On‑Camera & Off‑Camera Flash
- Introduction to speedlights, sync speed, front & rear curtain sync, and when to use each for motion blur, light trails, and crisp action.
- Flash modes, triggers, diffusers, and building a simple, reliable lighting kit for client work.
Studio & Artificial Light
- Strobes vs battery lights, how to build a portable “anywhere studio” even in small rooms.
- Modifiers (softboxes, umbrellas, beauty dish, grids) and how each sculpts mood, contrast, and skin tone.
This module gives you the “invisible advantage” most self‑taught photographers never master—controlled light and lens choice, which is exactly what separates hobby images from campaign‑worthy work.
Module 2: Portrait, Fashion & Posing Psychology
Turn everyday people into confident, camera‑ready subjects and create portraits clients are obsessed with sharing.
Portrait & Fashion Photography
- Styling, makeup basics, set building and color theory to design visually cohesive shoots that look editorial, not random.
- Artistic and fine‑art portrait concepts so you can shoot both commercial and creative work.
Posing Techniques (Male, Female, Couples, Families)
- Body language & micro‑posing cues to flatter different body types and face shapes.
- Posing flow for individuals, couples, and families so you never “run out of ideas” on set.
Correction & Sculpting with Light
- Using light direction and contrast to slim, contour, and correct features before you even open Photoshop.
- Studio lighting drills: one‑light, two‑light, and rim/edge‑light setups for drama and fashion looks.
- Lighting styles – From Basic concepts all the way to advanced and complex lighting setups to get the effect we aim for.
Portraits that look “magazine‑level” naturally attract more clients and referrals, which students can use as part of their upgraded portfolio.
Module 3: Commercial, Product & Advertising Work
Learn how to shoot the images that actually sell—the ones brands need every single day.
Advertising & Still Life Photography
- Visual hierarchy, storytelling, and hero‑product framing so viewers instantly know what to buy.
- Light painting and creative effects for eye‑catching campaigns and social ads.
Macro & Product Photography
- Macro techniques for jewellery and small products with sharpness and sparkle.
- E‑commerce standards for jewellery, beauty, fashion accessories, and other products (angles, backgrounds, consistency).
Food Photography & Styling
- Plating, props, and textures to make dishes look fresh, hot, and irresistible.
- Simple lighting formulas for cafes, cloud kitchens, and restaurant menus.
This module is designed for photographers who want to start charging commercial rates at industry standards , not just shooting for friends and passion projects.
