The key is thorough coordination from initial ideas to final fulfilment which helps us get positive results in all our events. We ll be more than happy to share our experience with the parents for a flawless execution of the events.

Please find below the tariff details for your event. We are committed for international quality of professional photography and video and assure the best of our services. Your cooperation for professional freedom and creativity is solicited.

*Complimentary : We have our own studio with props so we could provide the portrait session free of cost as a value added service.We also have a monthly quota of free frames and calendars from our printing lab which we ll provide you without cost. There wont be any differences in package prices if they are not needed.

Traditional and candid photography & full-length Video + shortfilm + Reels

Assignment charges: Rs.70,000
Deliverables:

All images taken at the session in softcopy with basic ready to print corrections.
25 edited first look images
A complimentary photo book containing 150 images.
Event film in drive.
Edited Reels
2 nos photo frames 20 x 30 in size or 4 nos 10 x 15 in size with chosen images
Edited full length HD video in drive.

Complimentary *:

1 day Unlimited themes session (Indoor and /or Outdoor)
Option to add 360 degree cam as a complimentary add on

Deliverables:

All images from the session
35 Edited images
A photobook 12 x 12 in size with edited images

Delivery schedule:

Full set images - Within 5 working days of the Event
First look images - Within 5 working days of the event
Frames - Within 7 working days of receiving the selection, it'll be ready for pickup
Photobook Drafts - Within 25 working days of receiving the selected images list
Physical Photobook - Within 7 working days of receiving draft approval
Full length video - Within 25 days of the event or receiving the song list whichever is later
Candid video + Teaser + Reels - Within 25 days of the event or receiving the song list whichever is later

Details:

Our style is a fusion of photo journalistic, candid, creative ,fine art and documentary styles of photography. Our photo books also will be like wise.
Images will be given within 5 working days of the events.
Candid and traditional photography will be handled by same photographer for small gatherings 50 - 70 guests.
Additional copy of photo book will cost Rs.10,000/book.
Apart from the event images, we can add edited images from the portrait session also to the album
The above mentioned charges are inclusive of external lighting, equipment, assistants, and other miscellaneous charges. There are no other hidden charges.
We will using few images for self- promotional, non-commercial purposes. Any privacy concerns to be informed during the time of booking
We require 30 % of the packages amount in advance as retainer and the remaining 70% on the day of the event. We operate on first come first served basis.
This package is valid for a month from now.
